1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital and delivered immediately upon payment.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins immediately and that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
(This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov.)

 

3. Refunds Due to Technical Issues

Refunds are only available if: The digital product is defective or corrupted, The issue is caused by the Provider (not by customer hardware/software)

In such cases, the customer may request: A corrected version of the digital product, or A full refund
